They treated my mother like shit. If you love your relatives, please do not take them here.
I like the fact that they really do care about their patients patients family well-being and of the family from the bottom to the top everything has been nice everybody is sweet caring and compassionate God bless them keep doing good work

I had my baby boy in October via c-section they was great to me & my family I'm in here now just had my appendix removed and they have treated me very well.. this is the only hospital I will go to, there nursery is wonderful to the baby's especially nicu my baby was in there 5 days and I must say karen was great in the nicu conroe hospital is the best in my eyes

This ER is a joke! Who leaves their patient for 2 hours without even peeking in and seeing if you're alive! My mother in law was suffering with a kidney stone that is 7mm in the ureter. She is throwing up blood and her urine is blood. She doesn't have a good urine output. She could quit possibly be having renal failure. We sat here for 2 hours for them to say they can't do anything because they only do lithotripsy on Tuesdays and it is now Wed. They suggested a stint until a urologist could see her. What a joke! I sat with my friend in the emergency room for over 14 hours! While waiting for a room in the ICU... This doesn't make sense. The staff was very professional and pleasant. (They were the only good part)
They always take great care of me. Emergency room staff and outpatient personal are great!
