DO NOT RENT FROM CONREX. Let their houses sit vacant for eternity. Without a doubt the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. THEY, not SimpleBills, charge you $11 A MONTH to do something every mature adult can do on their own, pay their utilities. It’s been 2 months since we moved out and we have an $18 “final bill” which includes the last of the gas, $11 of which is going straight to Conrex. The water heater failed and flooded our house. Would love to rent a home, however can't get a leasing agent to send more than a generic response even to my direct questions..... thinking Resi may be a better option at this point.
Horrible horrible rip people off! We are forced to use simple bills. I’m not a child I can pay my own bills! I am currently being charged a gas bill. Only thing is NOTHING WE HAVE IS GAS! Paid 2 bills while fighting this. They finally acknowledged we do not have gas usage however they refuse to repay the fraudulent charges. Horrible place. Wish I could move. I’m stuck in this lease but the minute I’m free I am out! Do not rent from these people. Totally rip off
Worst customer service, you can NEVER get ahold of them for anything! I have rented from them for over a year come to sign my lease to renew I wanted a different house in a different neighborhood guess what I wasn’t approved for the house (it’s even cheaper than what I pay now) but I could stay in mine…. You also have to give 90 day notice if your going to renew your lease or you pay a big fee if you don’t. Conrex is the biggest rip off I have ever seen, they DO NOT keep things up on the houses they just half fix stuff till ... read more
