We rented a home from Conrex which were bought out by Maymont homes. DO NOT RENT from these crooks. We had to find a place in a short time frame. Rent was 2395 plus security deposit , pet fees of 35 per month per pet. For a 1900 square ft older older home. They are now charging additional 3600 for so call damages. I consider myself a decent person making six figured income. We are clean good people. Now we will have to spend additional time and money to deal with these folks. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
DO NOT RENT FROM CON-REX PROPERTIES!!!!! Everything you read in the below reviews are accurate. And do not let the leasing team sweet talk you into signing. Before I signed our lease back in 2021, I addressed the leasing team about my concerns with the reviews, and they claimed these were bad and disgruntled tenants. Do not recommend!!!! Renting home that is infested with mice do massive holes the company will not fix. Multiple calls maintenance have to get things fixed. The feel sink hole in the living room are acceptable electrical flickers and sparks and they feel like it is safe. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Bad company. They don't take care of their tenants.
Our deposit was $1500 and we are only getting $100 back because of litter in our yard (a water bottle) that isn’t ours, because the stairs need to be steam cleaned (I had to clean them twice before we moved in because they were so disgusting), and the maintenance or people that lived there before us left glass all over the yard that we had to pick up. Conrex Property Management is without a doubt the least professional, most conniving, worst business I've ever dealt with regardless of industry, whatsoever. First the house: I moved into one of their 3-bedroom homes with a friend of mine looking to add another roommate soon to decrease our portion of the rent. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. But it finally caught up to me and it affected my credit score. Added to that , my Son used my name to take out some student loans and never paid back.
