Conrex use to be a great place to rent from. Now they have added other services and began charging tenants whatever they like and force the tenants to jump through hoops to correct. Proof of insurance is required to live in there property. I submitted Proof of insurance. My insurance will renew on October 28th 2022 they charged me for there insurance for the month of October and said it is nothing they can do to remove the charges and they are aware my insurance is currently in good standing but I need to speak with a 3rd pa... read more
Do not waste your time or money. Poor communication is only one of the negative characteristics I experienced among a variety of others. It would take a large amount of effort effort getting someone on the phone to speak with. After my boyfriend and I toured a home and submitted applications with the fees totaling $110, the listing we applied for was removed and we were told someone was already moving in. I want our personal information AND our money reimbursed. This is shady! Read the reviews!
Conrex has great customer service,and homes are up to date and immaculate. I've rented from other area home rental companys,and by far this is the best
Applied for a rental 2 weeks ago. They emailed us letting us know that they needed updated paperwork from us. We did everything we could to get them everything that was requested. Emailed multiple times to request an update and was ignored. Even sent an email to their listed email address for applications and never got a response. Called multiple times and was told each time that our application was "pending" and still "in process".
