They are not even located at their posted address anymore, was told that their office has moved to Charleston, SC.
This place is making a fortune off of your application Fee. They don't want to be upfront about there qualifications. They prey off of desperate people like a lion preys on sick antelope. If your credit is good you can do better then there properties. ......people I warn you don't be a quick 200 dollars to a company who has no intentions of really renting.
I am a current tenant and it has now been 10 days with no air conditioner and limited communication from this company..and then to be told I needed permission to go to a hotel and was told it will be replaced Monday and literally I got a I will call bk just until it gets closer to Mon...it's now 10th day and 9 pm waiting on ac unit..I guess it will get here by Mon when it actually gets replaced..if you thinking of renting think again..as long as you pay your rent every thing else will be ignored..
