They are very professional and thorough the staff checked out my car until they found the problem and gave me my options to correct the problem. I would highly recommended this Conrads Goodyear great Management and Staff!!!
Good quick oil change & tire rotation. Shop fee just $1.50. Clean facility. I went w/o appt and rescheduled for next day. Next time will call ahead. Kimberly & staff were very pleasant
Liar! I went to get a tire fixed on my car today. Slow leak around the rim already confirmed. They tried to tell me a nail was in the tire and that the tire did not have enough tread so it would have to be replaced. The tread is fine on my tires. I have $30,000 miles on my car. To top it all off; I was getting this done on my lunch break. I left the car and walked over to a plaza to get lunch. When I got back the tire was never even looked at. My fiancé took my vehicle to Conrad’s in Rocky River/Fairview Park Ohio on 8/23/11 for an oil change and tire rotation and to determine why the check engine light had come on. She and I are 100% dissatisfied with the service we received there. Just took my car into this Conrad's location. I needed to find the source of a noise coming from under the hood. I was given a quote of around $3500. I was told everything under the sun, could have been causing the noise. I took the car to a friends garage. The told cost to fix the car was $700. The garage found non of the same problems Conrad's had and the source of the noise turned out to be something Conrad's did not even mention in the price. WATCH OUT!!!!!
The service at this place is excellent. Prices can't be beat!
