This is definitely a top-notch hotel. In general, the hotel is very pretty, modern, clean, and high-end. Our room was very clean, high-tech, and pretty too. We received excellent customer service from the valet and guest service, all the way to room service. The hotel also has a good location. There is easy viewing of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and the hotel is very close to Little Tokyo and near K-town. My family and I loved the experience!
Ms. Jennifer absolutely killed it! That massage was top-notch, I've never felt better. She knew exactly where to hit those tense muscles, just flawless! Thanks a million.
