My partner and I have visited the Conrad numerous times in LA, but it was my first time for the spa experience. I chose to do the intuitive massage and asked the focus to be on my back. Christa was very professional--she knew exactly what my body needed. The facilities (just like the rest of Conrad) were amazing. The relaxation lounge and dry sauna were excellent additional perks.

Horrific service. front desk at spa could hardly be bothered - apparently stocking full shelves and waiting on hold on telephone takes priority of in person guest. after 10 minutes waiting i left. came back and hour later to similar routine.
