I received a call from Conrad Acceptance that my Credit Card was denied due to fraud. I then called the credit card company the rep Katie Ray stayed on the phone with with me the entire time while I called the card company to clear it up. Well she told me she has a call quota to do every day so I said she could get off the phone and she said no she will stay on with me incase their were any questions from my credit card company. BUT, when I realized it wasn't them at all, but instead, Travel Transparency being that pain.. I never received a collection call as kind, professional, respectful, attentative, informative and patient to me in my entire life, as I did from Katie today! Her voice just soothed my soul and actually inspired me to pay it! Kudos to whoever hired her! She needs a promotion on the executive side!
Place is a scam, trying to tell me I need to pay something I paid for 2 years ago.
