I repeated say that if you like your contractor when you are done with a big renovation project, they probably were a good contractor. Robby at Conrad construction was fabulous at responding to the inevitable issues that arise. The whole team was reliable, responsive, took accountability when appropriate, and cared as much as I did about the quality of the work. I will use them again on any future renovations.

We had a water leak flood throughout the Kitchen, dining room and finished basement. Conrad Construction and their inhouse designer helped us take a someday project (always wanted to redo the kitchen and refinish the floors) and make it fairly painless through their thoughtful process of design and construction. Turned out amazing! Custom cabinets and new appliances that fit well in our galley kitchen. Patrick and his team do great work. And if there's a concern, it's addressed. Workers are punctual and clean up after themselves at the end of the day. But what I like most, and why I would reach out to Patrick for future projects, is that I trust him. I feel like I can take him at his word; he is reasonable and honest. He is responsive and is patient with questions. If a friend asked me if I would recommend a company to help remodel their home, I would recommend Conrad Construction.
