My lament is still lingering after 3 months of seeing Dr. Cox. He was late for the endoscopy. That is not an issue but, he never tried to apologize when he came in or even say hello to me since I was still 100% awake. I have not had the sleeping meds. After the endoscopy, he saw me in the post op area, told me briefly about my Dx and said that he was going to give me a medication. I assumed he would wait for the final biopsy report. It is not so. I decided to see another doctor.
Going to Dr. Cox is so refreshing. He listens to his patients, has compassion and really breaks down all the doctor talk, so that each patient understands. The office staff is friendly compassionate and pleasant. If you are looking for the best you have found him. Dr. Cox
