I just visited one of the condos (3 Veronese Court) for a possibly lease. I opened the door and the smell of cat pee just about knocked me over. I couldn’t even breathe in there, even though they plugged in some air fresheners. There was poop and pee on the screened in porch. I’m shocked they are inviting people to go there in this condition. Disgusting.
Absolutely love how peaceful the conquistador condos are. I'm a Realtor ® And my clients love living in this community.
Love living here: quiet, well-maintained, healthy HOA, great pools, tennis and pickle ball, beautiful shade trees and views. Our unit is on the water with a magnificent million dollar view. Would've given 5 stars if we had a little more square footage and garages.
