I currently live in Conquistador and would highly reccomend NOT living here! Where to begin? The security is TERRIBLE! My car has been broken into twice, my husbands has been once and he has had gas stolen out of his tank twice. Every time we have told the manager about this, they dont seem to really care and theyre response one time was, "you dont have to live here". Maintenance is also somewhat of an issue. I moved in here because the size is relatively big for the money. First I had leak problems so bad to the point that the ceiling actually caved in on my bed and ruined my blanket and after reporting it, they did a temp fix which fixed it for about 2 days and it was back to leaking....bad. This went on for about 2 months. Then maintenance would come in unnannounced, I actually found out because they had picked up my phone off of the charger(out of my bedroom) and left it on the kitchen table. I have to say I was not sure about Conquistador apartments when I first moved in. I have been there for a month now and they have changed managers alreay sure did bother me at first. I have to say that I sure do see this new manager out on property A LOT!!! I say that is a good thing. I have called her for a couple of things and she is wonderful.
