Eugene was exceptional at his job of replacing my shower cartridge to bring in more water pressure. He was highly professional, completed the job efficiently, and showed great respect for my home by removing his shoes every time he walked in and out of my home (he gets extra bonus points for this one). Eugene, the Conquer the Clog man, was a delight to work with. He explained everything and gave me a heads up about possible solutions and future plumbing needs. He was pleasant, considerate, and clean. He charged me a flat fee but put in a fair amount of of time, making sure to get it right. I gave him a bit of extra money, which I thought was only fair. I am a very, very satisfied customer and will def be calling him if something else should come up.

Eugene was wonderful and we will be using him in the future. Our toilets were coughing and we had some other concerns. Eugene diagnosed the problem quickly, and was very thorough in “conquering the clog.” Pricing was extremely fair.

Call Eugene on Sunday with toilets clogged problem. 2 hours later, problem was solved by Concur the clog with pictures, analysis and recommendation s for preventive maintenance. Thank you for the best service!
