Awful experience. We, at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, bought Agilent LCMS (G1956) with a one-year warranty. Initially, we did not use it for quite some time, and when we tried to run our samples, we faced issues within the first year. The service engineer was not helpful and made excuses. We were told since we moved the equipment the repairs could not be covered under warranty.
