I just saw Dr Dolehide this week. It was a very pleasant experience. I was nervous about the full body exam that I requested, He made me forget my worries and explained everything to me as he examined me. I highly recommend Dr. Dolehide if you are looking for a Dermatologist. His staff were very friendly also.
I went to Dr. Conor Dolehide's office at 4400 W. 95th around the 20th of September and saw the nurse Practitioner Katrina. I have called his office 4 or 5 times to speak with Katrina, only able to leave a message with no return call. I have questions regarding the medication I was given.
Worst Customer Service Experience! I was referred to this office and expected a smooth process, but instead, I had the absolute worst customer service experience! After leaving two messages, I finally received a return call, only for the staff member to rudely tell me to send over the referral. I did so immediately after the call ended. His office professional building at Christ Hospital Sometimes there's No seating then when it is seating you have to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutesor MORE . Then you have to get in the back and you have to sit back there for some times 25 minutes. I told the Doctor several times to clean the Exam waiting rooms.
