I have not used this business yet because they have not yet contacted us to set up a time to come look at the defective TV we bought and never got to watch. They give us an email address and we send what they ask for with the ticket# they gave us. Then when we call back because we have not heard from us, they request us to send the information again to the same email address with a new ticket#. Seems to me like they are just trying to keep postponing in hopes that you just finally give up and quit trying.

They give us an email address and we send what they ask for with the ticket# they gave us. Then when we call back because we have not heard from us, they request us to send the information again to the same email address with a new ticket#. Seems to me like they are just trying to keep postponing in hopes that you just finally give up and quit trying.

Have had our new fridge for 1yr. 3 months to be exact, purchased extended warranty. Purchased LG because had bad experience with Samsung also purchased from Conn's! Here we are 4 weeks later, wrong part ordered first time. Fridge still messed up, can't buy groceries because fridge not working properly. Called to ask for replacement told because parts are avaliable, replacement was denied. Parts must be coming in snail mail, they don't look to be in any hurry to repair.
