Bought a TV from here. A $4700 tv. It stops working after a week or two. It takes two weeks before anyone will create a service ticket because they either hang up on you after you sit on hold for 20 minutes, or Jim the service manager never returns your calls. I take multiple days off work waiting for a service technician to show (they never call or show as scheduled). The people in the store are so awesome here on Brainard rd chattanooga Tennessee.the merchandise was a still 1,400 85 inch tv a sound bar and a speaker I got a real good deal just paid it off today.
They are closing for good. I got a wonderful deal on an air-conditioning unit.
Such Great service to my family. They were very accommodating, fast, on time, very respectful, and very helpful. Definitely would be a returning customer.
The customer care was excellent, Phil is very knowledgeable of all items. The marked down prices are great as well.
