My wife and I went in there yesterday and asked this real big guy with glasses and dark hair about some of the items. He looked irritated to have to get up out of his chair and help or do any kind of work. He told us he didn’t know the answer and said “ask the manager.” I said “ how about you ask the manager for us.” That seems appropriate since HE is the employee and since HE is supposed to help US. They double sold me a chair. Called me the next day and said someone bought it right before me. Oh and they won't refund my money for 7-10 days! So now I have no couch, no money for another couch, AND COMPANY COMING TO TOWN THIS WEEKEND! NO WONDER THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY WENT BANKRUPT! Their other solution was to select a different sofa... but that was the only one that would fit through my door. I'm so beyond mad!

Took 2+ hours to buy 2 chairs. They were having issues finding the chairs in their online inventory and the managers did not give a single damn about it. Lazy people! If you did not want to sell to me just say that. The lady was helpful though after she noticed that I was waiting for quite sometime bc I was told to “wait here a second” while the two older men that work there just kept talking about whatever and did nothing to help after it was brought to their attention that there was an issue. 2 kids were there with them do... read more

They are advertising going out of business up to 70% off. YET, I just bought a stove 2 weeks ago from Lowe's at a cheaper price than their 50% off pricing. Its a rip off, stay away.
