Overpriced even at 50-75% off!
Customer service at the store needs improvement because they are low staffed. Once it was my turn I was very satisfied. Phone customer service was terrible so if you have an issue good luck. The large refrigerator I purchased was dented because they couldn’t get it in the house so I refused it. Trying to set up a second delivery took many phone calls. CON is the perfect name for this dump. Went and spent a few hours looking at a sectional. Took a literal picture of the price since the store is closing and was told by an employee that we could also get another 10% off today. I went to check out and the manager, Ashley was so rude and didn’t even come up to help us in the store when we returned to purchase.
