Still waiting to hear back from store why our delivery did not go through today! Sure did take our money, I want my furniture!
Went into Conn's to purchase a recliner for a baby's room. Found the perfect one, approached a sales person to purchase only to be informed that we could not due to the fact that we did not live in the delivery service area. We were told we could not purchase the floor model or purchase to pickup in store. We were then redirected to the Rooms To Go across the street to possibly find "something similar." Awful experience.
I purchased a Fridge in November, I've been waiting for a service call since Wednesday, today is SATURDAY
