The name says it all! Con-artists! Misinformed on information on a whole extra year of payments! This place is total CRAP
I purchased a new dishwasher from y'all at the end of December and we got the 24 month warranty on it and it worked fine but now it's only filling up with water and draining and not washing the dishes. Do I need to call the store about the warranty or who do I need to call?
Worst. My son sat on his bed and on the legs broke a week after getting it late. Manager says I have to deal with the manufacturer myself. Great customer service. NOT! TOTAL BULLSHIT PLACE! Do not shop here! Warning they are crooks and according to them that's how all furniture stores do business. So all of them are crooks according to these guys. It's all in the name. Conns , that's exactly what they are.
The furniture is plain crap. My furniture started messing up way before it was a year old. We had a person come out to "inspect" the furniture in March of 2016 and all he did was glue the cup holders back in. When I didn't hear anything, we called back and was told it was approved for a replacement. But we never received it. I called again in June and still nothing. I called back and put in another service order for the furniture that was never repaired and now they're just trying to repair it, since the "original order" was... read more
Thw in store service was great, but if your TV or appliance quits or needs repair be prepared for a different story everytime you call and im at the end of the second week with a 55in. TV that quit and its less than a year old. Now im told it could be another 3 to 5 days unit I get a call from corporate to replace the dead TV....uugghhhh
If only I had read these reviews prior. This is the worst place to do business with. I am writing the state's attorney general and reporting them to both the local BBB and the national BBB. If I could give them minus stars, I would.
they made me feel like I bought a box with a brick in it and I can't get a refund I never shop there again they are conns
