bought a tv from here Thursday took it home and had a freak accident not even an hour later left a crack in the tv. No worries cause I bought warranty for $399.So immediately we call Conn's to here them say they don't cover physical damage, so I ask what does it cover and they told me and I was floored, because i bought a Samsung and they don't go out so i really bought a warranty for really nothing and i have to still pay for the warranty for a broken tv.
