customer service sucks. too many people not putting proper notes in system. so if you don't get the original person you are screwed. I bought a bed Dec 2016, in still paying for it, and the rails have broken 3 times. the 1st time they came out within 2 weeks. the 2nd time Nov 2017, they came out to assess the problem fairly quickly, but I didn't get my rails until Feb 2018. 3rd time rails broke May 2018, as of today Nov 2018 in still waiting. but I'm still paying. and when I'm late with a payment they will call every 30 minu... read more

I had a bedroom set delivered on October 25th. The delivery guys were high as a kite. My set was missing the extenders. I went in the store on November 1st to file a complaint. Well today is November 7th I still haven't heard from them. I just called their corporate office who informed me for service ticket had been requested for my extenders. Never again will I purchase anything from them.
