Dr Connors sees my grandchild. I have been very pleased with his treatment. When I ask questions he listens and answers. When I brought up concerns he was able to provide referrals to the specialists we needed. One specialist was shocked how quickly they received the needed history and paperwork stating that many providers take week to send over records and our doctor's office sent everything required the next day. DOESNT care about patients, staff is laughingly incompetent, they are racist and if you’re not Latino , they will try and push you out the door.
Poor bedside manner. I’m a first time mom with a premature newborn who had trouble gaining weight after birth. Every visit I asked for references to an LC or tips to help the baby latch and to keep my milk supply up. My advice from Dr Connors was “pump until you’re out then switch to formula.” I never received any encouragement, & felt that all of my concerns were brushed off like it wasn’t a big deal.
