Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Would you recommend this optometrist to others? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Would you recommend this optometrist to others? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
