Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
