A beautiful find in Jerome located on the main strip in uptown. Definitely a place where you feel at home and Anne is one of the sweetest people you'll meet. I'd recommend staying here .
I loved Jerome and Loved this hotel. The history alone makes it fun and interesting and different. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant and the room was gorgeous, just what I expected, but more than that really.
Favorite hotel in Jerome. Got the suite with whirl pool tub and fire place. The king size bed I want to take it home Comfy. This is our third time at this hotel and room 7
The water was brown and they expected me to bathe my in it. They wanted to refund only $40.00, the price of a king room but I still couldn't bathe in it. I asked for 50% off, they said no, so I contacted 3 on your side and filed a complaint w the better business bureau and I'll never go back to Jerome I have pictures of the bath water which I am posting on my page
Me and my husband planned a last minute trip here. Called Connor hotel and they had the King Suite (room #2) available. The front desk guy (can't remember his name) was really nice and helpful. The room was really nice, surpassed what we expected. You can tell it's older of course but really nice with a good view of the Grand Hotel, main st, close to bars and shops.
