Went in to get a suit for a wedding and had such a great experience. Farin was incredibly helpful and friendly, and she organised all the alterations for us seamlessly. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed with the reception service today (13/02/2026). The staff member wearing an off-white co-ord set was extremely rude in her way of speaking. Her tone and gestures were unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a patient/customer, basic courtesy and respectful communication are expected. Unfortunately, today’s experience did not reflect that at all. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.
I had a fantastic experience at Connor in Blacktown. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed. The range of products was impressive, and everything was well organised and easy to find.
