We have been coming here for 8 Years. Great service.. great food. This is the best local place in North Phoenix to come too. Kaetra, Suzanne and Krystal keep us coming back.. I would prefer to see less clothing �.. highly recommended even for a early dinner date night. There is not a bad thing on the menu.
Eating here right now, 1st visit & last visit. Got fish fry all u can eat & waited 25 mins for more fish (2 pieces.) Done with beer and waited 10 mins for a refill with nothing else on table to drink. Asked to have hockey game switched to different tv & server said "yes" never happened.
Our office orders from there quite a bit. Service is always an issue and that's that we pick it up. Today I paid almost $11 for a Mac n cheese dish that was misleading on their menu. I called to questioned it and was told those were "up grade charges" for the extras. I explained for the cost I had expected toppings. I specifically said to her "so are you telling me that I just paid for what could have been an entire meal elsewhere and you're selling me plain Mac n cheese?" She laughs at me and says "Yes". Food was good, but service was awful. Not only did it take over 30 minutes to get our food, but the bartender ignored us most of the time (and focused her attention on the bar's regulars). She was clearly overwhelmed... she was waiting on everyone in the restaurant (apparently she sent her server home early). It did get unexpectedly busy and that must have been frustrating, I get that, but a simple acknowledgement would have gone a long way. Bartender was also eating nachos while serving tables too. This place is awesome! Connelly's is a good 20 minutes from me but I go pretty regularly because the service and staff are so great. I love having a place I can walk into and know the people and get my usual. The food is awesome too. I love the caprese flatbread! They have a really good amount of parking and a nice patio to hang out and smoke on, now that it's winter they have the heaters going which is nice.
