1st Time using this company at the request of the seller and completely disappointed. After the Title order was sent to them, they did not contact me or give me any preliminary documents to review prior to closing, misplaced a document, verified numbers over the phone, then closed having the buyers sign wrong numbers. Very nice people to work with. Dealt with them for 2 closings.
Wonderful to work with. They handled two closings for us. One was perfect and when the second had a hiccup, Renee stepped up to the plate and took it to the stands. We couldn't be more delighted and thankful with the effort put forth on our behalf.
