Jennifer was thorough and addressed my questions patiently and completely. The office staff were helpful and friendly. The office is open and modern.

Jacqueline was very patient with me for I had questions and concerns and was never made to feel silly or that my questions were unimportant. She answered me with suggestions that I'm going to try. The office is very new and clean, and I was seen on time. The staff during my visit was professional, caring, and explained everything clearly. Follow-up communication, however, has been rough. I was told I’d hear back about my results but didn’t, despite making multiple calls. I eventually received my results from what seemed like a customer service representative after calling several times, and then later received a letter stating they had been unable to contact me, which was confusing and concerning.
