Update as of 8/1/2026 This location in addition to all other Connolly locations are CLOSED. No notice given until a day before appointment and had to find out online that the whole house of cards came falling down because management wouldn't pay employees. Google still says they are open which is false.
Great physical location and experience overall. But, the communication leaves a lot to be desired. It's been impossible for me to get ahold of them through email or the phone. And the only way to book is through thier online application. If you try calling it always goes to "dunkin" which eventually directs you to an A.I. agent that is virtually useless.
Jennifer was thorough and addressed my questions patiently and completely. The office staff were helpful and friendly. The office is open and modern.
Saw Jacqueline PA at Montgomery office for a follow up on biopsy. The area healed nicely. Jacqueline was very patient with me for I had questions and concerns and was never made to feel silly or that my questions were unimportant. She answered me with suggestions that I'm going to try. Thank you Jacqueline and the nurse smand office clerk for their kindness.
