The Superintendent (Mike Slader) couldn't even articulate a complete sentence in an email or in person. How, am I as the resident engineer supposed to justify payments to my organization when he can't even coherently explain why such a payment should happen? Let alone a lack of CoCs and backups. Completely unsatisfactory to the contract and highly unprofessional. I did not enjoy the snark remarks he made towards me either.
