They were wonderful! They were able to accommodate a last minute birthday cake order, and when I peeked inside it was GORGEOUS! Then I proceeded to drop the cake (in the box) on the floor of my car. Doh!! Tears in my eyes, I cowered back into the shop, my daughter's cake extended out to them with the most pitiful plea you've ever heard. Without even flinching, they said "Give us ten minutes, we can fix this!" Sure enough, 10 minutes go by and my beautiful cake is back and ready to roll. I have made several orders through Connie's Cakes, and I have always been thrilled with the results. The cakes, cupcakes, and cake balls are always a hit at birthdays and business events. And I cannot speak more highly of their customer service.

We were very disappointed in the cake which was for a 90th Birthday we had just recently ordered. The color was correct...the decore was wrong..there was No Happy Birthday. The filling was Very Uneven. We had one cake with choc filling.and it was Very think and the other cake had lemon fill in middle and there was hardly any there. Ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughters party. I went into the store 2 times to go over my order along with printed out pictures. When my husband brought the cupcakes home they were incorrect. I called and Bridgett was kind and offered to correct them. When I returned Wanda was rude to me and argued with me over the original order. When the person who was supposed to make a cake for an anniversary party cancelled 3 days before we needed it. My mom and I went into panic mode. We called several different cake places and no one could make the cake we needed in that amount of time. Connies was the only place who could make the cake we needed.
