brown water – The water in all the pipes tends to run very BROWN at Oakcliff Apartments. It''s disgusting. I got maintenance over about it and they just said that it was the cold water from the city, but the hot water is obviously running brown too. I keep my fridge stocked with drinking water for everything. Also, the property is pitiful: when they say the apartment has been freshly painted what they mean is that they coated everything including your light switches and electrical outlets with no attempt to sand or disguise ... read more
AVOID THIS PROPERTY OWNER – This is the worst place ever. Connie rose is only interested in collecting the rent. This is a slum landlord indeed. we have had maintenance issues from week one and have made over 14 maintenance calls and still have not had issues resolved we are moving out ASAP after only being here three months. What a waste. I would advise you to stay away from this place. The only thing attractive abou it is its location but the apartment is old and lousy...Avoid her properties like the plague!!!
TOTAL SLUMLORD – Stay clear of these folks if ya wanna keep your sanity.Rude as the day is long. Highly unprofessional folks.So sorry I rented from them.They ought to be ashamed of themselves.Customer service is the pitts and maintenance worse.Do not put yourself in a predicament with them no matter how accomadating they appear.The properties have enticing features but none of them work.Nor will any of them ever be fixed.They are different people once they make their commision.I can only hope there is a shred of decency in C... read more
ABSOLUTE WORST in Atlanta – I can't disparage Connie Rose and Associates enough: poorly kept properties, horrible customer service, and RUDE RUDE RUDE. Even as a promptly paying tenant, I was routinely put on hold, lied to, and hung up on. It was no surprise to learn that they tried to weasel me out of my security deposit as well. You won't find any traces of Southern hospitality within the walls of these slum-like properties. Stay far far away from Connie Rose!
A SLUM LORD BY TOTAL DEFINITION – THIS IS THE WORST PEOPLE YOU WOULD EVER RENT FROM...JUST GO TO THE RENTAL SITES AND TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE PROPERTIES...MOLD, TRASH, SEEDY TENANCY...THE OWNER HAS SUCH A BAD ATTITUDE THAT SHE MAKES CRUELLA DEVILLE LOOK LIKE PRINCESS DI
Lacking in Customer Service I called to inquire about their properties and I was really not satisfied with their service. The lady who answered the phone was curt and short in conversation and I had to drag answers out of her. I would think if they wanted to make money from me as a potential tenant, they would be more enthusiastic about giving information about their apartments.
