Connie and her assistant, Iris, were a pleasure to work with! She is smart, professional and personable. She made what seemed like a challenging house sale very easy for me by managing the entire process of making the house presentable for sale and marketing the house. Her efforts resulted in several offers being made. Connie presented all the data on the offers to me in a very organized fashion. She worked with the buyers agents to get me the best possible price for my house. I couldn't be happier with the results!
Connie just recently sold our house in San Carlos and was nothing short of amazing. She took care of absolutely everything from the work that needed to get done (e.g. painting, fixing cracks in tiling, etc). She also told us specifically what papers we needed to fill out, what decisions we needed to be a part of, etc. There are so many new businesses that try to make house selling easy. She communicates well and is unflappable dealing with all the people and personalities involved in getting a property sold and buying one. She helped us with contractors and handyman recommendations.
