My mother and her sister spend some time here as children. My mother always said if anything ever happened to her and my dad while my siblings and I were growing up. This is where she wanted us to be. She always said how wonderful everyone was to them and the fact that they did not split brothers and sisters up.. God Bless all who help the children..

My grandmother entered the orphanage around 1918. She lived there from ages 2 to 12. She passed away about 10 years ago. I was very lucky to go there before she died and see it for myself and to see her brothers tomb stone. She shared so many wonderful stories with me of her life there. Her childhood home was gone but I did get to see a picture of it.
One of my all-time favorite places to visit. What a ministry!
