We didn't know Connie at all before hiring her as our realtor. There were several reasons we selected her over the other realtors we interviewed. She was easy to contact and communicate with. She's very organized and well prepared. She was honest with us about the value of our property. She's a hard worker. Our property that we sold with Connie went under contract less than a week after we put it on the market! I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing a realtor!

My wife and I moved to Chicago from Birmingham, AL in the fall of 2014. We had a very short window to locate a home and could not afford to lose a single minute - we were a couple of wrecks! Connie was very organized, understood us from a couple of phone conversations, found several quality homes for us to chose from and most importantly, she was very friendly and professional at the same time. She was a pleasure to work with and I would suggest her services to anyone looking for property in Lake County.

Connie managed to find exactly the right houses for us to look at, based upon only a couple of phone conversations. We actually found our home on the first (and therefore only) day we spent looking. Connie ushered us through the entire process. We have bought many properties over the years, but never in Illinois. She knew exactly which parts of the process would be unusual to us and ensured that we understood each of them. I would definitely recommend Connie.

Connie Catherine did a fabulous job selling our home. Without her and her expertise, dependability, knowledge and support 24/7, we believe we would still be in our old home for a long time to come. We just purchased our second home, and with the assistance of Connie for the second time! I simply would not trust nor be comfortable with anyone else. Connie went above and beyond for us and made herself available for any questions and concerns we had, even after normal business hours. We truly felt that she valued us as clients and was really trying to meet our needs and wants, as opposed to just trying to make a sale. We would highly recommend Connie for your real estate needs.

Connie is very professional and friendly. Our family moved to illinois from Northern California almost seven years ago. I came out with my husband in January 2006 to look at the area.
