They need to care more about their tenants. I would not recommend them at all. They also nickel and dime you for everything.
As a two year resident at connections I have never enjoyed working with them they never take responsibility for any problem and delay maintenance and rarely are any of the managers at any property competent or reliable. They dont care as long as they keep getting paid and ignore problems and hope those who complain give up
RecommendedI have lived in a number of apartment complexes managed by Connextions, and I have been very impressed with their professionalism, and friendly staff. Recently, I accepted as an assistant manager at the Towers, and it has been an amazing experience. The managers that work with Connextions strive to create a strong relationship with their tenants, and are very aware of their needs. If you are considering living at a property managed by Connextion, I would highly recommend it.
I've loved working with Connextion properties as a student living in one of their properties. They have been reliable and are always willing to do whatever they can to help your living experience to be more comfortable, especially their marketing director, Tayviah Lewis. She was my manager at The Roost and now works in marketing for all of Connextion properties. Best property management company in Rexburg. They are fair and treat their employees and residents well and manage their properties above standard.
