Definitely don’t recommend this facility. For all the reasons that somebody ill or struggling might wish to do telehealth, they don’t acknowledge that and basically will write you off over anything such as bad connections or feeling like you need in person. I’m sorry, but if I’m on video chat with you and I am struggling with Physical things such as ambulating, (struggling to get in office to speak with somebody in person), its not going to be any better than on the phone. I have dealt with many dental issues for many years, finally was able to get the help I needed to improve and repair my dental health in the Oswego office. They were understanding, patient, informative and descriptive. I highly recommend this office as well as the staff and doctors.
