Hot water heater had blow out!!! First off I had a home warranty. Nervous out the door with all the negative hype about home warranties in general. Within a half hour of contacting them I received a call from Becky that the tech would be out. He came out that day and immediately determined it needed replaced. If u want a useless, lazy, untruthful Workman, call Chris from Connect Services. My boiler was vibrating and would not stay running. After staring at it, he told me there really wasn't anything wrong with it as did ****** **** ********. After smelling gas because it would not stay running, I called ******* ****. Can't say enough good about ******. Problem was a clogged motor and a malfunctioning sensor. About an hour later it was running so smoothly I couldn't hear it.
