Have used them 3 times for various plumbing jobs in my home. Bill and his guys are awesome. Polite, knowledgeable and show up on time.
This crew has done great work for us, including working with our contractor for our new kitchen and also small jobs like clogs we cannot fix ourselves and most recently a frozen pipe (thanks Luiz!). They were literally able to get someone here in less than 30 minutes and get us up and running again. Everyone we have worked with has been kind, thoughtful AND fixed whatever needed fixing.
I own a house which I rent. I don’t live near the town the house is in. On several occasions, both urgent and routine, I reached out to Bill for his help. I quickly learned that I don’t have to worry about anything with Bill. He is a first class pro. Highly professional. Very responsive. Incredibly talented. Fair prices.
