One Happy Tenant When we first looked in this area we didn’t expect to find a place that feels so much like home. Office staff made sure we got everything we needed prior to moving in. Won't fix anything...way overpriced..RUDE Office manager very rude from 1st day after lease signed. She is also married to maintenance manager so don't expect anything to get fixed. Have had a leak from roof for 1 year and almost all light bulbs burnt out 1st week of move in they refused to replace them. Water bill extremely high 120$ when complex is fully rented regardless of apartment size or usage! 3 car break ins...1 crook even scaled balcony in daylight to steal a bicycle on my second floor balcony...no security patrols... read more
