Brian provides an extremely detailed report. Not only was he detailed with his report he was very professional during the entire process. He pointed out things that our eyes didn’t not see which again was very extremely helpful. I would highly recommend his service
Thorough and no non-sense. Works in your favor, in your best interests, instead of writing favorable reports in the interest of the agents to get the deal done. While you may not like the information that you get back (repairs needed, etc) this is EXACTLY what you hire an inspector for.
They don’t know anything about the houses ! They make up most of the stuff and compare to other reports they are totally off !!i would not recommend these guys !
