When he explained the issue, he showed me the old wiring that needed replacement before installing the new AC. The whole process took just over three hours, which was quicker than I expected based on previous contractor experiences.
Ducts installed properly, no issues found.
This visit was more efficient than last year's service, as the technician quickly identified a faulty thermostat and replaced it within an hour. He also took time to verify that the heating system maintained consistent temperature throughout the house before leaving.
When he noticed the filter was clogged, he took the time to explain how it was affecting our system's performance and gave advice on maintenance. Unlike my previous experience where technicians rushed through their checklist, this visit felt thorough and informative.
Efficient maintenance, system runs smoothly again.
