Their discrimination, bigotry, and policies to harm owners and violate laws, license requirements, and basic human dignity are unmatched. I have had contact with the owner, GM, and property managers for ~6 years. Their behavior has consistently demonstrated a deeply corrupt business with zero care about owners, financial responsibility, basic document handling, or basic human decency. Truly an extremely harmful business with no intent on changing.
Putting the--- CON ---in condo management!!!!! Proof that even the owner doesn't care about their customers. There are dozens to hundreds of 1 star reviews on this and other sites (Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc.) All of them have the exact same complaints (i.e. they deny every request, they hide all information, they act asrudely as possible (to get owners to give up contacting them), etc) and yet the owner writes back (summary) "Oh I am so surprised. Corrupt, rude, deceitful, and immoral, shysters. I don't know at what point massive amounts of missing money, records, discrimination, destroyed properties, and other overt extraction and abuse is enough to finally be dealt with. If you dare to sign a contract with Connelly you can expect 'communication' to become excuses, insults, and derision. Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered. Their contract allows them to do virtually nothing but collect fees and there is nothing short of a judge that could make them lift a finger to do a basic job. 0 stars would sadly be being generous. (There is a good reason why they have so many 1 star reviews, are not accredited by the BBB, etc. This is one of those companies that needs serious investigation by RECA.
Could not be worse. From me and every other customer I asked it always goes the same way. Get okay service until you sign the contract and then expect 0 stars for service, professionalism, and ethical behaviour. No replies or at best disparaging dismissals (to get people to give up writing in), up charging on everything possible, blocking of all information flow, and declarations by non-lawyers that may be very legally dangerous. All of this to keep everyone quite and the money flowing for 10 years.
Patrick Caldwell is an excellent Property Manager. He addresses issues very quickly. He is very professional and respects the needs of Owners and Realtors that need help in the building. in my opinion it is rare to see someone this good and professional at his job. Connelly Property Management is fortunate to have him working at their Company!
Joined the team for a year. Loved everybody else except 2. Owner's new wife and her best friend made my life hell throughout. And even after quitting on Sep 15, 2023.. When my potential employers call to speak with my references. She intercepts the call and starts spouting negative stuff about me after introducing herself as HR. The same wife who joined the business as a receptionist few years ago. Became the wife a year later. Appointed herself HR and now GM.
