Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered. Their contract allows them to do virtually nothing but collect fees and there is nothing short of a judge that could make them lift a finger to do a basic job. 0 stars would sadly be being generous. (There is a good reason why they have so many 1 star reviews, are not accredited by the BBB, etc. This is one of those companies that needs serious investigation by RECA.
Could not be worse. From me and every other customer I asked it always goes the same way. Get okay service until you sign the contract and then expect 0 stars for service, professionalism, and ethical behaviour. No replies or at best disparaging dismissals (to get people to give up writing in), up charging on everything possible, blocking of all information flow, and declarations by non-lawyers that may be very legally dangerous. All of this to keep everyone quite and the money flowing for 10 years.
Patrick Caldwell is an excellent Property Manager. He addresses issues very quickly. He is very professional and respects the needs of Owners and Realtors that need help in the building. in my opinion it is rare to see someone this good and professional at his job. Connelly Property Management is fortunate to have him working at their Company!
Joined the team for a year. Loved everybody else except 2. Owner's new wife and her best friend made my life hell throughout. And even after quitting on Sep 15, 2023.. When my potential employers call to speak with my references. She intercepts the call and starts spouting negative stuff about me after introducing herself as HR. The same wife who joined the business as a receptionist few years ago. Became the wife a year later. Appointed herself HR and now GM.
