Very nice and very helpful. All and all a very pleasant expierence.
I had the worst experience of my life with this dealership. The sales team and manager were completely unprofessional. They sold me a defective car, and once the issue was discovered, they stopped responding and ignored me entirely at the dealership. There was no responsibility, no follow-up, and no respect for the customer. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place — it was an awful experience from start to finish.
What happened to my favorite dealership?? I understand the dealership was sold recently and now I can't get the service history to my car. They are now out of compliance with California Business and Professions Code "§ 9884.11 which mandates record retention for the repair business (at least three years) and openness to inspection". The new owners don't seem to care about compliance with codes.
