Impressed It's been a while since I've been here, but my car is still running great. I have had really bad experiences in the past with buying a used car, but the guy was straight-forward and there were no surprises. THe fact that my car still runs perfect is more than enough for me to be impressed.
Great customer service! The service department at Connell was so much better than the service from the dealer I bought my Chevrolet from originally that I just started taking it into Connell. They were always nice to deal with and never patronizing (which is what I got from the other dealership). I liked their service so much that I bought my 2007 Chevrolet from them, and I have no complaints. Bought two cars there We bought two cars there. The sales staff is nice. They don't pester you. They are polite and try to work out the best deal. You don't feel taken advantage of.
