I scheduled for Connecto to do some work on one of my apartment units. Two workers did 38 minutes of work (from 8:10 AM to 8:48 AM) and so I should have been billed for two hours of work. When I received the invoice I was dismayed to see I was billed for four hours of work. I e-mailed the biller, Lisa on 2-2-17 and she failed to respond.
