I don’t understand how local places have to make things difficult. Anywhere else will allow you to read a referral over the phone as long as you bring it to the appointment. But these folks won’t even do an initial intake until you bring it to them as fax machines are practically obsolete. It sounds like teenagers answering the phone and they lack phone etiquette. If they are this hard to make an appointment with I hate to see what the services will be like
Chelsea has worked miracles with my son in the last few months. She is a fantastic physical therapist! The center facilities and staff are excellent, friendly, and caring.
