When I first started with Brittany, I was struggling with a lot of anxiety and past trauma that was affecting my life. She gave me the tools to handle friendships and relationships, along with working on my self worth. Her experience with EMDR made a huge impact during our sessions and helped me dig deeper into the root issue of my anxiety and trauma. Brittany is kind, understanding and a great therapist. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to start therapy.
