The staff was unprofessional and inefficient, asking me for insurance information during my appointment after weeks of scheduling. I was not informed of the process, such as the need for a photoshoot. The dental assistant was rude and ignored me upon entry. After this uncomfortable encounter, the manager insisted I leave the chair to retrieve information that should have been provided during the appointment.
